Procedure for Bringing LENA Back Up After Safing

 

 

 

All verifiers appear on Tab "HK" unless otherwise indicated.

 

 

 

 1. /LENA_ON RT

 

        a. About 10 minutes after command sent, "Program Mode" should change to "RAM" (Window: Normal HK)

        b. "Software Version" should change to 36 (for 3.6) (Window: Normal HK)

        c. About 6 minutes later, the "Autonomous Test" should become disabled (Tab: Mem; Window: norma_HK)

        d. Wait for update - command counter to 0 (Window: Normal HK)

        e. Wait for Built-in-test = "Off" (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

 2. /L_HVP_GBL_USAFE RT

 

        a. HVPS Safe should be disabled (Window: Nom 2-HK)

        b. Wait for update - command counter to 1 (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

 3. /L_SYS_HVP_VTHR  MCPSTRT=x'AA' MCPSTP=x'AA' COLL_P=x'74' COLL_N=x'74' OPTICS=x'51' RT

 

 

 4. /L_SYS_HVP_ITHR  MCPSTRT=x'9E' MCPSTP=x'8B' COLL_P=x'FF' COLL_N=x'C0' OPTICS=x'6E' RT

 

        a. These changes in threshold should be reflected on HK screen - Final currents

should read 12.4, 10.9, 20, 15.1, 8.62 mA

        b. Final threshold voltage values should read 2, 2, 4, 4, 6.99 kV (Window: diagnos)

        c. Wait for update - command counter to 3 (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

 5. /L_HVP_MSTP_CMD V=x'00' RT

        a. Since the initialized values are probably zero, look for the command counter to

go to 5 (Window: Normal HK)

        b. Wait for update

        a. Look for TOF overcount threshold to go to 9 (from default value of 65535) (Window: norma_hk)

        b. Wait for update - command counter to 6 (Window: Normal HK)

        b. Optics should read about 2 kV (Window: Nom2-HK)

        c. Wait for update - command counter to 16 (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

18. /L_HVP_COLN_EN RT

 

        a. Negative collimator should be enabled (Window: Nom2-HK)

        b. Negative collimator should read 1.8 kV (Window: Nom2-HK)

        c. Wait for update - command counter to 17 (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

19. /L_HVP_OPT_CMD  V=x'20' RT

 

        a. Optics level should go to 20 hex (Window: Nom2-HK)

        b. Optics voltage should go to 4.51 kV (Window: Nom2-HK)

        c. Optics current should be about 4.4 mA (Tab: HVPS Strip Charts)

        d. Wait for update - command counter to 18 (Window: Normal HK)

 

 

20. /L_HVP_OPT_CMD  V=x'40' RT

 

        a. Optics level should go to 40 hex (Window: Nom2-HK)

        b. Optics voltage should go to 7.02 kV (Window: Nom2-HK)

        c. Optics current should be about 6.0 mA (Tab: HVPS Strip Charts)

        d. Wait for update - command counter to 19 (Window: Normal HK)

        a. Optics level should go to 50 hex (Window: Nom2-HK)

        b. Optics voltage should go to 8.27 kV (Window: Nom2-HK)

        c. Optics current should be about 6.2 mA (Tab: HVPS Strip Charts)

        d. Wait for update - command counter to 20 (Window: Normal HK)
